Comfort XD1900 Double & Queen Bed Overlay

Create a more comfortable sleeping surface for both you and your partner with the Comfort XD1900 Bed Overlay. Designed to share the benefits of Shear Comfort technology, this overlay provides the luxurious feel of a sheep’s wool–topped mattress while delivering clinically proven pressure redistribution.

Made from XD1900 medical-grade sheep’s wool, this overlay features an exceptionally high fibre density—greater than even premium natural sheepskins—helping to reduce pressure and improve comfort during prolonged periods in bed.

Unlike synthetic or artificial sheepskins, XD1900 is crafted by weaving natural wool onto a fabric backing. The absence of leather backing allows the overlay to be easily machine washed using standard household detergent. The wool is specially treated to withstand repeated washing at temperatures of up to 80°C, supporting infection control and long-term durability.

All Shear Comfort products are machine washable and guaranteed against deterioration for up to 50 washes.

Note: A large-capacity washing machine is required for Double and Queen size overlays.
