Vicair® Anatomic Back Cushion

The Vicair® Anatomic Back Cushion is a highly comfortable, universal wheelchair back system designed to provide optimal positioning and high-quality pressure redistribution. Ready for immediate use, it dynamically moulds to the contours of the user’s back while still allowing a wide range of individual adjustments. Adjustments can be made while the user remains seated and supported by the cushion.

This lightweight back cushion is used in combination with the easy-to-install Vicair® Strap Back and can be fitted to wheelchairs without a back support plate. It is particularly suitable for users with (extreme) scoliosis, as the Anatomic Back follows asymmetric body contours to provide safe, stable, and supportive positioning.

The Vicair® Anatomic Back Cushion helps prevent pressure ulcers and is a valuable component of a pressure ulcer treatment plan for stages I–IV.
