Sound & Laser Cue Module

The optional Sound & Laser Cue Module for the U-Step 2 Walker has been clinically proven to help reduce freezing episodes and falls commonly experienced by people living with Parkinson’s disease.

With the press of the red button, a bright laser line is projected onto the floor in front of the user. This visual cue helps normalise walking patterns by encouraging a longer, more consistent stride.

The module also features an optional sound cue that emits a rhythmic “beat” pattern. This auditory cue assists in maintaining a steady walking pace and improving overall gait consistency.

Together, the visual and auditory cues provide additional support for safer, more confident mobility.
